How sunrise varies in the oblast

Sunrise is not a permanent regional value. It changes with the date and with the coordinates used for the calculation. Northern and southern locations can have different daylight durations, especially around the longest and shortest days of the year.

East-west position also affects solar timing. A settlement farther east will often experience sunrise earlier by the clock than one farther west, but the precise difference must be calculated rather than guessed.
