Every island and settlement in Central Province follows the national clock. To obtain local time from UTC, add eleven hours and check whether the conversion crosses midnight. That date change is important when arranging calls with Europe, Africa, or the Americas.

Tulagi provides a sensible general reference, but an exact island location gives a better result for boating, fishing, photography, or an early departure. Sunrise tables describe astronomical timing; they do not promise a clear horizon or cloud-free conditions.
