April 10 is the date the Siblings Day Foundation asks countries to mark. The foundation has worked toward a U.N. resolution for an International Siblings Day; that resolution is a goal, not a law already on the books. Households and groups in a list of countries the foundation names — among them Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Ireland, Japan, the United Kingdom, and others — already use April 10.
