Takeaway and delivery are not the same as a dining room. A kitchen may cook for delivery while the tables stay stacked. An app that still shows a restaurant on 25 December can be stale. The phone number on the window beats the app.
If every place you wanted is closed, that is an answer. Groceries, hotel room service, and a meal you cook yourself are the remaining options. They are not a restaurant being open. Do not write a closed kitchen into being by wishing it were a tradition.
