Christmas spectacular tickets
Christmas Spectacular tickets are seats for the Radio City Music Hall holiday show starring the Rockettes. Buy them from the official calendar. Date, time, and section set the price.
How it works
The Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes is a stage show at Radio City Music Hall, 1260 Sixth Avenue at Rockefeller Center in New York. It has run there since 1933. The 2026 engagement was announced as 4 November 2026 through 4 January 2027, with 230 performances, the largest count the Music Hall has given that title. Runtime is about ninety minutes with no intermission. The Rockettes’ precision numbers sit at the centre; the 2026 season was billed with ten of those numbers, including Parade of the Wooden Soldiers, New York at Christmas, 12 Days of Christmas, and Dance of the Frost Fairies.
Tickets are sold as digital seats for a chosen performance. The official store is the Rockettes Christmas calendar. The Music Hall box office sells the same inventory without the online service charge. Madison Square Garden Entertainment’s July 2026 notice put the floor at $50 if you buy in person at that box office and $55 online including a $5 service charge. Other seats cost more. Prices move with demand. A reseller listing is not the box office.
How to buy without overpaying the wrong window
Open the official calendar, pick a date and a time of day, then pick a section you can actually sit in. Orchestra is the floor. Mezzanines stack above. Families who want the full kick line in one glance often sit a few rows back on the floor or in the front of a mezzanine, not in the first row under the lip of the stage. That is taste, not a law. If someone in the party needs an accessible seat, use the accessibility line the venue publishes rather than a random leftover chair.
Choose the performance on rockettes.com/christmas, not on a screenshot of last year’s grid. Compare the online total with the box office price if you can get to Sixth Avenue. Read the age rule: children under two may sit on a lap without their own ticket; a separate seat needs a ticket.
Groups of nine or more go through group sales, not through nine checkout carts. Treat the sale as final unless the venue itself says otherwise. Many of these tickets are not exchangeable. Weekday matinées in November are usually easier to get than Christmas week. That is not a secret and not a guarantee of an empty hall. It is how a show that runs two to several times a day fills. If you need a specific row together, buy once, together. Split carts split the row.
The cheap seat still sees the kick line. The dear seat still lasts ninety minutes. Pay for the view you want, not for the feeling of having spent more.
What the ticket does not include
A Spectacular ticket is a seat at Radio City for that show. It is not a tour of the building, not a tree-lighting invitation, not a Rockefeller Center ice skate, and not dinner. Those are separate lines and separate money. Confetti, bright lights, drones in some numbers, and loud cues are part of the room; the venue warns about them. If that is a problem for someone in your party, read the advisory before you pay.
Will-call windows are not a plan if the house has moved to digital entry. Bring the account and the ID the order used. Doors commonly open an hour before curtain; the show will not hold for a late subway. If your date is sold, look at another performance on the same calendar before you open a resale app. The official inventory, when it still has seats, is the clean buy.
