From Ventimiglia near the French border to La Spezia in the east, Liguria uses a single local time. Genoa, Savona, Sanremo, Imperia, Rapallo, Chiavari, and inland villages all follow the same Italian time-zone rules.

CET means that local standard time is one hour ahead of Coordinated Universal Time. CEST means that daylight-saving time is two hours ahead. The change between them is national, so no Ligurian municipality chooses its own transition.
