A South American country on a Caribbean clock

Guyana is geographically part of South America but culturally and historically tied to the Caribbean, and its time zone lands it in interesting company. At UTC−4 it shares an offset with much of the eastern Caribbean, with parts of Brazil, and with Venezuela.
