What time is it in Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl

Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl is a city in the State of Mexico, on the eastern side of the Valley of Mexico, hard against Mexico City. People shorten the name to Neza. The short name is not a second zone. Official clocks follow Zona Centro: six hours behind Coordinated Universal Time, the same civil stamp as Mexico City at every instant. A correctly set watch here matches a correctly set watch in the capital.
