Hangzhou uses China Standard Time, UTC+8, with no daylight saving. The IANA identifier is Asia/Shanghai. The clock here is Zhejiang local time, the same civil hour as Beijing. Hangzhou is the capital of Zhejiang, on the humid eastern edge of the Yangtze Delta.
